INTAKE PROCEDURE:Apply in person

FEES:Nonprofit foundation-reasonable rate

ELIGIBILITY:One-year opiate addiction for maintenance; must be 18 years or older for any program

HOURS:Mon - Fri 5:30am - Noon; Sat 6:30am - 7:00am

LANGUAGES:Staff speaks no language other than English

AREA SERVED:Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise counties
