Phoenix House’s Teen Recovery Center (TRC) in Carlsbad, on the North Coast of San Diego County, offers comprehensive substance abuse and mental health outpatient services, as well as intensive day treatment, for adolescents ages 12 to 17. Our services include individual, group, and family counseling; anger management; 12-step programs; clean and sober recreational activities; educational support; and referrals to a variety of community service organizations. Family members participate throughout the course of the program, working towards creating a home environment that will support teens in their recovery.
