Significant focus and effort is put forth to identify special needs of our clients and refer them to the appropriate sources.
Sojourner offers a comprehensive continuum of care, which includes: Residential, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Discharge Recovery Planning. All clients are assessed to determine the appropriate level of care.
