About MCCA - SOBERING CENTER Danbury

Sobering Center is a short term residential program offering social setting detox, treatment and case management services for alcohol or drug dependent adults waiting to be admitted to other inpatient or residential programs. While staying at the Sobering Center, residents attend support groups, receive counseling and case management services, assistance in obtaining state and federal benefits, and recreational activities.

Eligibility: Ages 18+
Payment: Insurance is billed, but insurance is not required; Sliding fee is available for those who are not covered by insurance
Fee: Set sliding scale
Services: Inpatient Alcohol Detoxification, Inpatient Drug Detoxification, Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities
Site hours: 24 hr/7 days.

12 Steps to Faith Meeting
Recreational Activities
