Must first have an assessment, and then will be placed in this program if appropriate. Phone or walk-in to Brecksville M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm for an assessment appointment. Most veterans will have to enroll for health benefits if they have not already done so. Veterans who have not enrolled for health benefits by 1/17/03, may not be eligible.
