Service Description
Provides services to parents who are working on reunification or prevention, including substance abuse treatment, domestic violence intervention and parenting skills training. The agencies that specialize in these interventions provide the services at Kids in Distress. A social worker may also be assigned to work with families in their homes. Services also provided in the North and South areas of Broward.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (24 hour on-call support)

Intake procedure
Appointment required; Families referred must have 2 or more of the risk factors documented. Case worker will be assigned.
Eligibility requirements
Parents must have at least 2 of the following risk factors: parent/child conflict, substance abuse, family violence & neglect
