ASAC-East Office-Individual and Family Outpatient Counseling is not not guaranteed to be free but all listing are either free sliding scale, discounted, low cost, or Medicaid sponsored local treatment centers.
Many are non profit drug and alcohol treatment facilities such as faith based organizations.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES: Outpatient counseling allows client to stay in their home and attend work or school. Primary form of treatment is group counseling. Most extended outpatient groups meet once a week and are formed to meet a variety of needs based on gender, age, culture, drug of choice and other issues associated with a persons substance abuse. Intensive outpatient groups meet more often, 3 to 4 hours a day three or four days a week. ASAC also provides individual counseling, family therapy and aftercare treatment.
