Provides one-day training in establishing a Substance Abuse Ministry (SAM) to clergy, religious and lay leaders throughout the state. Provides high-risk youth the opportunity to succeed both psychologically as well as academically through group work, individual counseling sessions, speakers, parenting groups and after-school activities.
