Service Description
The assessment team completes a comprehensive assessment and, in conjunction with the individual, makes a determination as to the appropriateness of treatment and level of care for substance abuse treatment. Also provides a liason to assist those interested in the Marchman Act.
Hours of Operation
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7am-5pm; Wednesday 7am-7pm

By appointment, walk-in or any applicable court orders; driver's license, social security card
Eligibility Requirements
Must be age 18 years old or over with a substance abuse problem
