Assists the residents in the areas of substance addiction education, relapse identification, parenting and life skills, child development, medication management and other health services through referrals and shelters for the homeless. Referrals are from parole officers, probation officers, case managers, detoxification or other treatment service providers. All persons entering the program must be physically able to work.
